Meditation
An inward focus to help train the mind to concentrate and relax. Great for those with anxiety, panic attacks, irritability, chronic stress, headaches, and attention problems. Helps to develop a stronger intuition and inner strength.
Private Yoga Therapy
A one and a half hour session to individualize a plan of yoga, breathing exercises and meditation. The client will be taught postures for proper alignment and end with a healing meditation.
